Sphinganine is a lipid of Sphingolipids (SP) class. Sphinganine is associated with abnormalities such as Sphingolipidoses, CLEFT LIP, CONGENITAL HEALED, Aortic aneurysm, familial thoracic 4, Morphologically altered structure and Atherosclerosis.
