20-HEDE

20-hede is a lipid of Fatty Acyls (FA) class. 20-hede is associated with abnormalities such as Myocardial Infarction and Hypertensive disease. The involved functions are known as Infarction, Obstruction, Anabolism, inhibitors and caspase-3 activity. 20-hede often locates in Myocardium, Blood, Microsomes, cell body and Protoplasm. The associated genes with 20-HEDE are SLC33A1 gene and AGT gene.
