fucoxanthin

Fucoxanthin is a lipid of Prenol Lipids (PR) class. The involved functions are known as Physiologic Organization, Pigmentation, Pigment, Process and Phenomenon. Fucoxanthin often locates in Plastids, Tissue membrane, Membrane, A band and Organelles. The associated genes with fucoxanthin are CFC1 gene, Retinoic Acid Response Element, Genome, Homologous Gene and SLC33A1 gene. The related lipids are monoolein, Lysophosphatidylcholines, Micelles and Fatty Acids.
