7-Ketocholesterol

7-Ketocholesterol is a lipid of Sterol Lipids (ST) class. 7-ketocholesterol is associated with abnormalities such as Atherosclerosis, Age related macular degeneration, Drusen, Cardiovascular Diseases and Hypercholesterolemia. The involved functions are known as mRNA Expression, Choroidal Neovascularization, Biochemical Pathway, Inflammation and Regulation. 7-ketocholesterol often locates in Basal lamina of choroid, Mitochondria, Epithelium, Frozen Sections and Membrane.
