Ltd4

Ltd4 is a lipid of Fatty Acyls (FA) class. Ltd4 is associated with abnormalities such as Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Inflammatory disorder, Pneumonia, Asthma and Virus Diseases. The involved functions are known as uptake, Phosphorylation, Signal Transduction, symporter activity and Regulation. Ltd4 often locates in Protoplasm, Mucous Membrane, Membrane, Extracellular and Epithelium. The associated genes with Ltd4 are TYRO3 gene, RAF1 gene, serine-borate complex, ITGAM gene and ITGB2 gene.
