Trichodiene

Trichodiene is a lipid of Prenol Lipids (PR) class. The involved functions are known as Alveolar ventilation function, Anabolism, Cell Respiration, Sterility and Protonation. Trichodiene often locates in BL21. The associated genes with Trichodiene are CFD gene, CASP8AP2 gene, DLC1 gene and monoterpene cyclase.
