11-cis-retinal

11-cis-retinal is a lipid of Prenol Lipids (PR) class. 11-cis-retinal is associated with abnormalities such as Dermatitis, Phototoxic, Retinal Degeneration, Degenerative disorder, Retinal damage and Stargardt's disease. The involved functions are known as chromophore, Pigment, inhibitors, Deterioration and Protective Agents. 11-cis-retinal often locates in Back, Microsomes, Cytoplasmic, Membrane and Body tissue. The associated genes with 11-cis-retinal are lumirhodopsin, long-wavelength opsin, FASTK Gene, Homologous Gene and Orthologous Gene. The related lipids are cholesterol-hemisuccinate. The related experimental models are Knock-out.
