Caldarchaeol

Caldarchaeol is a lipid of Glycerolipids (GL) class. Caldarchaeol is associated with abnormalities such as Spastic syndrome. The involved functions are known as Membrane Fluidity, Regulation, Stereochemistry, Oxidation and Synthesis. Caldarchaeol often locates in Membrane, Head, Tissue membrane, viral nucleocapsid location and nucleocapsid location. The associated genes with Caldarchaeol are MAP3K8 gene and Horns in Sheep Locus. The related lipids are Liposomes and Butanols.
