G(M3) Ganglioside

G(M3) Ganglioside is a lipid of Sphingolipids (SP) class. G(m3) ganglioside is associated with abnormalities such as Metabolic Diseases, Nodular glomerulosclerosis, Renal glomerular disease, Diabetes Mellitus and Hyperglycemia. The involved functions are known as Drug Interactions, Signal Transduction, Down-Regulation, Detergents and Ligand Binding. G(m3) ganglioside often locates in Tissue membrane, Body tissue, Cell surface, Membrane and Extracellular Matrix. The associated genes with G(M3) Ganglioside are PTPN11 gene, anti-IgM, Homologous Gene, SCAP2 gene and N-dodecyl-L-lysine amide.
